All orders will be sent by Special Delivery.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings.
All jewellery apart from earrings will come with a security tag. If this is removed the item cannot be returned for refund or exchange
Items returned within 14 days still bearing the security tag will receive a full refund or exchange. Refunds are exclusive of the P&P
Please include a note with the returned item, stating the reason it is not required. We recommend you wrap the package securely in its original box, and post it by Royal Mail Special Delivery insured for the correct value of the item to:

If you have an urgent delivery deadline, please make sure you contact Gallery Nine by phone: 01225 319197 or Email: email@example.com to check availability before purchasing. It is important that the address supplied is accurate and please note that you are responsible for making arrangements for the receipt of goods from your local sorting office should you be out at the time of delivery. If you fail to collect the package within the allotted time from the sorting office it may be returned to us and you may incur additional charges to re-send it back to you.
